HARRY ODUNZE is a Nigerian fine art photographer born and raised in the Ancient Benin Kingdom of Edo State, Nigeria. He holds a degree in Human Kinetics and Sports Science from the University of Benin.
HARRY ODUNZE is an emerging self taught photographer whose passion for photography was ignited in “2018”. A principal theme in Harry’s work is his translations of African culture and history into art. His work is mostly influenced by his environment, colors and untold stories.
His blossoming artistic career has landed him features on platforms such as Smithsonian magazine, Africaphotoawards, just to mention a few.
His work has also been chosen for exhibition by various brands both online and physically by Jalón Àngel Award, Contrarium Magazine, Third Iris, Margin Magazine just to mention a few.
His photographic style can be described fine art oriented through a documentary lens. He is interested in telling untold stories through his imagery. His future plan is to own a big art gallery where he would put his work for exhibition and also feature works of other artist like him.
